About them: Our philosophy to travel is based on the premise that the journey is as important as the final destination. Having travelled extensively we know that there are literally thousands of places that are not only accessible but can be enjoyed by people with all levels of mobility, both as individuals or as groups of friends or families.
At Travability we don't seek to find "special" tour operators, but inclusive destinations and accommodation that can be enjoyed by all. Just over a year ago we tried to organise a tour for a group of elite disabled sailors to attend their inaugural world championships in Toronto Canada. It was so frustrating with the lack of support from the general travel organisations in regards to accessible travel arrangements that we decided to do something about it and bring those accessible destinations to light. Travability was born to to open as much of the world as we can to all.

When people come together with one common purpose in mind, they can make anything happen. It is with this stubborn philosophy that we as a people have overcome some of the hardest obstacles that have been put in our path.
The time is now, for us to take stock in our lives, and determine if we are doing what is within our power and control, to help those out around us that are having it much tougher.
Each day, our goal should be to have helped one person. No matter how minute the effort, or how grand. We should strive to help one person in some way, to better their lives. And many times its as simple as showing that you care, and might have an insight into what they are going thru and can share in their tribulations and pain.
