Site Closing

I have had the honor of helping out numerous folks since the inception of this site, and am glad that we could do so. Just making a positive difference in one persons life has meant the world to me personally, but knowing that I have helped out several families as well as individuals makes it even more worth while.

But I am sad to say that this site will be closing down due to a lack of funds. My intentions were never to get rich with this site, though I did hope that it would be self sufficient one day and that I could take this dream even further, and help even more people.

Well, that has not happened. In fact, I have received one donation in all the time of operating this site in the amount of $50 (give or take, would have to look back and see for sure but that is a close number).

I have reached out to various organizations that I have worked on helping to promote and raise awareness of and help in their fundraising efforts, and got back not one reply to the emails I sent out. Which proves to me that so many of these organizations just don't care about those that try to help them. I know that seems harsh, but that is how I feel. I have given of so much time to help them, and yet, they didn't even have the decency to take 5 minutes and reply back "sorry, go away" much less just say "sorry, cant help but good luck to you and thanks for what you have done for us".

So it is with a heavy heart I will pull this site down within short order.
