Derogatory comments, hate messages, pornography and the like will not be tolerated here. If a user does not abide by these rules they may either be warned and given an opportunity to change their ways, or they may have their account deleted and IP banned.

And our definition of spam is any sort of unsolicited advertisements sent to us that doesnt pertain to the function of this web site and the services and information we provide to help people.

Any spam received by any of our email addresses, will be treated as a business transaction. To clarify; We will assume that your contact is to ask us for our opinion of your product or service, as a consultation service. With that being said, our charge per occurrence, henceforth referred to as a consultation, shall be $250.00 USD. You shall receive a invoice via email documenting the date and time that such consultation was requested, and all amounts due are payable within 15 days of receipt. If payment is not received within 15 days of said invoice, collection proceedings may be utilized up to but not limited to retention of third party collections firms as well as attorneys. Any unpaid debt may at our discretion be reported to all major credit agencies, as well as your local better business bureau.

Articles submitted by guest authors may be edited for length, content or spelling errors as seen fit by site ownership and management. Furthermore you grant us the rights to reproduce said material as we see fit, while giving credit to the author, unless such material is submitted by an "anonymous author".
